Session 1 - "Deciding together: consent and equal dignity of different know how"
This session will analyse the style of leadership women with decisional roles in health resort to: collegiality in decision making; the consideration given to the different profession, to different kinds of knowledge and know - how; the ability to make connections among different istitutional levels to programme together health and social services apt to promote health and prevent disease.
